My stay at Hotel El Paso was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired. I appreciated the friendly service from some staff members, but the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness made it hard to enjoy my stay.

Rooms

The room was spacious enough for my family, but it definitely did not look clean. There were issues like used bedding in the sofa bed, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly and helpful, the communication about amenities and the breakfast situation was lacking. I experienced some delays in response to my requests, which added frustration to my stay.
Location
5.0
I found the hotel’s location to be quite convenient, right off the freeway and close to various dining options. However, the noise from the freeway made it hard to relax, especially during the night.
Dining

The breakfast offered was quite plain and disappointing. I noticed that some guests even got sick after eating the scrambled eggs and overall, it felt like a minimal offering without much care put into it.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities desperately need upkeep. The pool was out of order, and the cleanliness issues in the common areas were concerning. I felt like the hotel was not well-maintained, impacting my overall comfort during the stay.

My stay at Hotel El Paso was disappointing overall. The location was convenient and the air conditioning worked well, but the cleanliness of the rooms and the provided amenities left much to be desired. The breakfast options were quite limited and the facilities, including the pool, were not well-maintained.

Rooms

The room wasn't cleaned properly. there were used linens on the fold-out couch and the bathroom had a nasty build-up. Despite being spacious enough for a family, the condition made it uncomfortable to relax.
Service

The staff interactions were mixed. some were pleasant, but overall, they seemed unprepared, like when I asked for extra towels or assistance with the breakfast station, which was often unattended.
Location
5.0
I appreciated the hotel's location near the I-10 exit and some restaurants. but the noise from the nearby freeway was quite disruptive to our rest.
Dining

Breakfast was very limited. just some cold hot items and stale pastries. There were issues with milk for cereal not being available, which made the mornings less enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were underwhelming. the pool was closed for most of my visit and there was visible damage in the hallways that made me question safety. The elevators also had problems.

I had an overall decent experience at Hotel El Paso, especially considering the favorable pricing I found. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the decent breakfast options. However, my stay was marred by some inconveniences, such as the broken elevator, which was down for days, making it hard to transport my belongings upstairs. Additionally, I encountered some issues with staff communication during my check-in process.

My stay at Hotel El Paso was quite a mix of experiences. While the location was convenient for my plans and the staff were friendly and accommodating, there were significant issues that overshadowed the positives. I encountered problems with cleanliness and some facilities that didn't work as expected, leading to a rather disappointing experience overall.

The hotel's location was great for me as it was near friends I was visiting, making it easily accessible. However, navigating to the hotel was confusing due to ongoing construction in the area.
Dining

Breakfast was average; I found some items like cold eggs and sausage, though staff were gracious enough to let us eat when they set up early. There's potential here, but improvements are definitely needed.
Facilities

I ran into a few facility issues, including an elevator that wasn't operational, which was quite inconvenient. The pool was also not clean enough for swimming, detracting from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

My stay at Hotel El Paso had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the spacious room, I faced significant issues finding the hotel due to ongoing construction. The breakfast option was also a letdown, meeting basic standards but lacking variety. Overall, it was a moderately comfortable stay but with notable areas that need attention.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing, though it did show signs of aging and needed better cleaning. I noticed dust around the nightstands and some maintenance issues with the AC that made it uncomfortable at times.
Service
8.0
The staff were polite and attentive, especially the front desk attendant who warmly assisted me. Despite this, I encountered some confusion about check-out times that could have been managed better.
Location
6.0
Finding the hotel was quite a challenge due to construction and the limited signage, which really impacted my experience. However, the location itself is convenient, being close to major routes and attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite standard, and I wasn't impressed with the selection available. Although the staff were kind and allowed me to eat a bit later than the posted time, the food quality was just okay.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the heated indoor pool were a plus, but I found the pool area itself could use more frequent cleaning. The elevator was also somewhat problematic, which added to the overall inconvenience.
